MACHINE ALARM
This function reveals a trouble in the fan circuit like disconnected loading. In this case the thermal protector of the engine turns the red diode on "ON" position and it stops (if set) the tension output.

SETTING UP MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM RATES
SETTING UP MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM RATES. The limit rates of maximum and minimum fan speed can be set up by acting on two trimmers which are inside the regulator
   
 
 
LIMITER
The function sets the ampere limit up for the regulator. In case the absorption rates should pass this limit, the regulator begins to diminish the outlet tension till the rate falls within the settled limits. This function "saves the system", preventing the engine and the regulator from overheating

Overload Control System - function visualises, through two diodes, the correct running of the system (green diode on - red diode off), also signalling the fan over absorption (red diode on - green diode off)
   
 
 
SOFT-START
SOFT START is a gradient ramp to gradually start the fan thus preventing the engine from hammering

SUR DEMARRAGE
As the regulator is turned on, this function increases the settled tension by 40%, as resulting from the difference between the settled tension and the peak tension. The original tension (settled at the moment of the ignition) is re-established after the soft start action. For example: when the regulator potentiometer is set on 100 volts, this function increases the difference between the original tension (100 volts) and the peak tension (230 volts) by 40%. The result is: 230 - 100 = 130, then 130x40:100= 52 volts. Therefore it is as if the regulator potentiometer worked with a power of 152 volts. After the soft start has set the fan in motion and the tension has been increased to 152 volts, the original tension is automatically shifted back to 100 volts; this function assures the start also of some "idle" engines.

OUTLET TO CONNECT THE NEON LAMP
Models RCK and OCK are provided with an outlet terminal board with a back-lighted bipolar switch controlling a neon lamp which is generally installed under the suction hood in roomy kitchens.

OUTLET FOR THE GAS INSTANTANEOUS AND DELAY VALVE
By this function the regulator can be connected to a 230 volt gas solenoid valve (this valve type is compulsory by law disposal for new systems in roomy kitchens). The valve can be controlled contemporaneously with the starting of the regulator or delayed (about 20 seconds) so to let the aspirator wash the canals before the fires can be lighted.
